Where can I view my sales receipt?

👉 After placing your order, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email/SMS with your sales receipt. You can also log in to your account on our website and check the “My Orders” section for invoice details.

How can I return an item?

👉 We accept returns only at the time of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must check the product in front of the delivery man and return it instantly.
⚠ After the delivery man leaves, no return or complaint will be accepted.

Will you restock items indicated as “Out of Stock”?

👉 Yes ✅ We restock most of our popular products regularly. If a product is out of stock, please click the “Notify Me” button (if available) or contact our customer care. You will get an update via SMS/email once it’s available again.

Where can I ship my order?

👉 We deliver all over Bangladesh 🚚. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

Dhaka City: 1–2 working days

Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
